MEGA 30 EXTRA
The Mega extra 30 is a no nonsense heavy duty lighting battery
and has been designed to run the 400/800 DC Ballast.
The battery is able to supply 30Amps continuously to operate the 800W DC Ballast and will run any of the leading 800W HMI lights for almost an hour.
This powerful battery is also perfect for many grip applications, and is able to run many of the remote heads on the market today.
The battery is constructed with high quality NiMh cells which are able to deliver the high output currents demanded from the battery.
Every part of the Mega 30 extra is Heavy Duty, and this includes the output socket. We use an 8 pole socket to deliver the power safely and efficiently.
The battery is protected by internal fusing and has fuse indicator led's to tell you the status of the fuses.
The Mega 30 extra has, fitted as standard, a low voltage warning and cutout circuit. This will tell the user when the power is getting low and when the battery is depleted it will safely turn off the output.
The Mega charger is the fast charger for this big battery.
